1. Clean the surface of the construction site (including the surface of the ceramic fiber board). 2. Binder ratio: Binder powder and water glass are mixed evenly at 1:1.2 (no water is allowed). 3. Use a plastering tool to evenly coat the adhesive on the surface of the insulation board, and firmly bond the upper and lower adjacent products. 3. Processing industry, heat treatment industry 1. Clean up the remaining floating ash, oil stains and other debris and spare parts on the concrete wall. 2. Remove the concrete blocks, inclusions, voids, etc. split by the roof, and repair them again. 3. The surface flatness deviation of the pasted aluminum silicate fiberboard shall not exceed 4mm. When the deviation exceeds the tolerance, grind the protruding concrete surface and repair the concave part (use 1:2.5 cement mortar when the repair thickness exceeds 6mm, and use polymer bonding mortar when the repair thickness is less than 6mm); ensure the entire wall The flatness of the surface is within 4mm, the yin and yang angles are square, and the top and bottom are flat. 4. Construction mortar is divided into special bonding mortar and high temperature special glue for surface layer. 5. The weight ratio of the mixed and bonded mortar is water: mortar = 1:5, stirring while adding water; the stirring time is not less than 5min. The stirring must be fully uniform, the consistency is moderate, and the viscosity is certain. 6. After the mortar preparation is completed, it must be left to stand for 5 minutes, and can be used after stirring again. The mixed mortar should be used up within 1 hour.
